Alex Pagano

Manager, Client Services

Alex is strangely passionate about documentation and education. He loves to standardize processes via written documentation, making them as easy to understand for non-tech-savvy as possible. He’s very at home hosting free-flow training sessions and webinars, where he gets the more immediate sense of helping others. When he can help non-profits realize their full potential by better utilizing the technology they’ve purchased, he’s in his happy place.

In his free daytime, Alex loves to be in the beautiful outdoors. He moved to Portland, OR in part because of the nigh-unlimited hiking, biking, camping, etc. At night, you’ll find him cooking, playing board games / video games, and visiting the 29,371 local breweries here in PDX. Oh, and if you need a cat photo, ask him about JoJo.
