- Establish shared goals and a centralized data system
- Regularly communicate and share accountability for using data
Session 1: Amplifying Diversity and Inclusion at Your Organization
Regardless of your role within your organization, diversity and inclusion are critical to the success of today’s staff, donors, volunteers and other constituents. Come join us to hear how to incorporate diversity and inclusion followed by a hands-on activity and resources you can take back to your organization. Susan and Eshe will be joined by Marisa Lopez during session as a leader of Amplify, an organization that empowers underrepresented voices to be fearless leaders in technology.
An event for the Community, by the Community
What’s a Dreamin’ event anyway? These fun regional events are packed full of solid content organized by learning tracks so you can find a meaningful session that resonates with you. The Dreamin’s are the perfect way to get to know others who are passionate about the Salesforce platform, reconnect with your Salesforce friends, and go home energized and inspired to achieve greatness.
NorCal Dreamin’ is a Salesforce Community event by the Salesforce Community. What does that mean? It means it is a Salesforce conference that is put on by those in the Salesforce Community; Salesforce MVP’s, User Group leaders, and those that just love Salesforce.
NorCal Dreamin’s first year will be 2019 but it is the offspring of Tahoe Dreamin’. Tahoe Dreamin’ ran for 3 years, from 2016 to 2018. In keeping with the Tahoe Dreamin’ tradition we will have a Saturday activity day for those that want to have fun and network with others.
